Snog frozen yogurt brings in John Doe for supermarket launch

Frozen yogurt brand Snog has hired John Doe following a pitch ahead of the product’s launch in supermarkets next month.

As well as raising awareness of the launch, the agency will handle PR and cultural content to highlight brand values.

Snog founder Rob Baines said: "We have built Snog as a labour of love and as we go onwards from our stores into freezers we wanted to work with an agency that understands the DNA of our target market and can work with us to build on the emotional connection our fans have to the brand."

In 2012 the London-based frozen yogurt retailer secured growth funding from Unilever Ventures, the venture capital arm of Unilever.
