NEW YORK: ConocoPhillips has appointed two investor relations VPs for the standalone energy companies it plans to spin off in the second quarter.
Clayton Reasor was named VP of IR, strategy, and corporate affairs at the soon-to-be-independent downstream company called Phillips 66. He is currently VP of corporate and IR at ConocoPhillips. Reasor began his 30-year career with Phillips Petroleum.
Ellen DeSanctis will take on the role of VP of IR at the new ConocoPhillips, an independent, pure-play exploration and production company. She most recently served as SVP of corporate communications at Houston-based Petrohawk Energy.
