WASHINGTON: The office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics has issued an RFP for communications and outreach support.

WASHINGTON: The office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics has issued an RFP for communications and outreach support.

The winning firm will provide media relations support, including strategic messaging, contributed articles, and media event planning, according to the RFP.

The agency will also develop presentations for outreach opportunities and support associated logistics requirements. RFPs are due February 2, and the department plans to make a decision the following month.

The contract is for one year, with the option of a four-year renewal. It has a budget of about $7 million, according to the RFP documents.

A department press officer did not return a request for comment by press time.
