Mark Irion has vacated his post as CEO of Dutko Grayling, the US public and government affairs arm of UK-based Grayling, a subsidiary of Huntsworth.
Irion gave no reason for his exit other than to say it was time to move on, confirmed Sara Parker, SVP at the firm. Parker will now lead Grayling's PR efforts in Washington.
All US Grayling PR staff will now report to Christine Boehlke, founder and CEO of Grayling Connecting Point.
Huntsworth relaunched Dutko Worldwide as Dutko Grayling in October.
