ASHEVILLE, NC: The University of North Carolina at Asheville is seeking a PR firm to create a recruitment campaign.
The effort's goal will be to enhance the reputation of the university, raise its visibility and standing among prospective students, and increase loyalty among alumni, faculty, and staff, according to the RFP.
The university will also task the winning firm with creating targeted email and postcard campaigns and an alumni publication.
The agency's work will be based on recently completed market research that was conducted for the university.
The project is expected to have multiple phases, according to the RFP document, with the budget for the first one ranging from $75,000 to $125,000. Responses to the RFP are due March 19.
A university representative did not immediately return request for comment.
The state of Iowa recently conducted an RFP process to find a firm to highlight its university system.
