ATLANTA: CNN Worldwide has appointed Lynn Brindell SVP of marketing, working across all CNN brands and businesses.
Brindell will be based in Atlanta, reporting to Janet Rollé, EVP and CMO of CNN Worldwide. She will focus on off-channel and digital marketing efforts, strategy and program development, and audience engagement.
Brindell has previously held marketing positions at The Weather Channel, the Food Network, and Lifetime Television. While at The Weather Channel, she created a national environmental marketing platform, and during her time at Food Network, she helped launch Iron Chef America and Next Food Network Star.
