Matter Communications recently conducted a survey of 108 marketing decision-makers regarding the social media attitudes and practices of their organizations. The study demonstrates the C-suite's growing realization of the importance of brand perception on social channels. These results highlight the specific social media platforms that are most relevant to the survey respondents, as well as basic metrics used to measure success of social media efforts.
