NASHVILLE, TN: InVivoLink, an orthopedic implant data collection and registry software company, has hired Revive PR as AOR.
The scope of work includes brand positioning, development of sales and marketing collateral, media relations, event support, sponsorships, and communications strategy to raise awareness of the company and attract a larger client pool in targeted US markets.
Revive VP Jeff Speer will lead the account, supported by a team of five.The agency's Nashville, TN, and Santa Barbara, CA, offices will handle work for InVivoLink.
InVivoLink did not conduct an open review, and instead researched agencies that work in the technology and healthcare industries. The company previously worked with a consultant but decided to search for a new firm that could handle new needs, said John Bass, CEO of InVivoLink.
“We also sought an agency that could understand our entrepreneurial environment, and had the means to keep up with our fast pace,” he said.
InVivoLink is looking to position itself and its offerings to target patients as well as clinicians and administrators in clinical settings.
“The complexity of translating product messages in healthcare is an essential skill, and after our due diligence, we concluded that Revive possessed the depth and knowledge to meet our needs,” Bass added.
The terms of the account were not disclosed.
Revive reported revenue of $14.6 million in 2011.
