The French agency will work with Publicis Consultants and Publicis Events in the country. The agency said in a statement that MSL Paris will have “Anglo-Saxon” PR capabilities such as insight generation, brand strategy, content creation, storytelling, and experiential marketing.
It will focus on extending relationships with the firm's international client roster.
Philippe Masseau, now the director of Publicis Consultants' content-creation unit Verbem, will oversee MSL Paris.
