HARRISBURG, PA: The National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association has named Edelman its PR AOR.
Edelman and the NFRA will launch a campaign in January 2013 to expand on the organization's promotion during March, which is also "Frozen Food Month." The initiative will include influencer engagement, media relations, and consumer outreach.
The NFRA represents more than 400 food manufacturers, retailers, sales agents, and distributors with the goal of demonstrating the value of frozen foods. The frozen food industry faces declining sales because of an aging population and shifts in consumers' food choices, according to the association.
