NEW YORK: Hill+Knowlton Strategies has appointed Thomas Tindemans, CEO of its Brussels office, co-lead of its global public affairs practice.
Tindemans will lead the group with Washington DC-based Joe Eyer, who joined H+K in September to take on the newly-created position of global public affairs head. Tindemans will report to Vivian Lines, vice chair and global head of practices.
Tindemans will partner with Eyer to build the agency's public affairs offering, serve clients, and lead global business development. He will also help design and market campaign services for clients' public affairs and grassroots efforts.
Tindemans remains Brussels CEO and will continue to assist clients with developing public and corporate affairs strategies.
Tindemans joined H+K in 2010 and became CEO of the firm's Brussels branch in January. Prior to that, he led the public affairs practice at law firm White & Case.
