CLEVELAND: Dix & Eaton has named senior MD Lisa Rose head of the firm's investor relations practice.
Rose will oversee services including shareholder communications, corporate governance counsel, investor targeting, proxy contests and shareholder activism, M&A and IPO communications, bankruptcy communications, IR websites and digital strategies, annual and corporate sustainability reports, employee education, and IR program assessment and measurement. She is a member of Dix & Eaton's leadership committee and board of directors.
Prior to joining the firm more than 16 years ago, Rose was manager of IR at Associated Estates Realty, where she designed and implemented an IR program for the public real estate investment trust. She has also served on the IR team at Reliance Electric.
