MBS Value Partners acquires Farrell Kramer Comms

NEW YORK: IR and financial communications firm MBS Value Partners has acquired PR agency Farrell Kramer Communications.

NEW YORK: IR and financial communications firm MBS Value Partners has acquired PR agency Farrell Kramer Communications.

As of January 1, Farrell Kramer began operating as part of MBS, and founder and President Farrell Kramer and VP Sharon Bially became senior executives of the firm. Kramer is now based in MBS' New York office, while Bially continues to work from Boston.

The acquisition allows MBS to expand its services in strategic and corporate communications, media relations, crisis, podcasting, blogging and social media, content development, and media and presentation training.  

Founded in 2002, Farrell Kramer focused on financial communications, corporate positioning, publicity, transactions, crisis communications, and media and presentation training.
