Kellogg has handed its digital work across Australia and New Zealand to Sydney-based digital marketing agency VML after a competitive pitch.
Kellogg is concluding its relationship with incumbent agency Tongue after three years.
“We thank Tongue for its many contributions over the last few years and look forward to a new partnership with fresh ideas and creativity,” said John Broome, marketing director at Kellogg.
VML opened its first Australian office last February. It also has an office in New Zealand that will help ensure greater collaboration with the Kellogg New Zealand marketing team, based in Auckland.
Aden Hepburn, VML's MD, noted that digital leadership is needed right across the local FMCG market, and that he hopes to take on the challenge of Kellogg's brands including Special K, Nutri-Grain, Crunchy Nut, and All-Bran.
