NEW YORK: Horn has promoted Tim O'Keeffe to senior MD and GM of San Francisco and Todd Cadley to MD in its New York office.
O'Keeffe, who most recently served as MD in San Francisco, will report to Sabrina Horn, president, founder, and CEO.
O'Keeffe's role is new at the firm, and Cadley is filling a position that has been vacant since Horn partner Ben Billingsley was promoted to partner in early 2012.
“He's been running the office for almost two years by himself,” she explained. “The office is its own P&L, and he grew the San Francisco office by 50% since last year. He's doing really well and bringing on great new clients and new staff.”
Horn added that she will not fill O'Keeffe's former role at this time, but could do so later this year.
O'Keeffe joined the firm in 2011. Before that, he served as an SVP at Hill & Knowlton in San Francisco.
On the East Coast, Cadley, who previously served as SVP, was promoted to MD in New York, reporting to Billingsley. He joined the firm in January 2012.
“New York is a bigger office, so it has more revenue to manage, more people, and more clients,” said Horn.
Cadley will work with Billingsley to run the New York office, she added.
Prior to Horn, Cadley managed marketing communications for EMC's global services division.
In addition to O'Keeffe and Cadley, Horn hired Kelli Gail to serve as SVP in New York. Gail, former SVP at Ogilvy Public Relations, will report to Billingsley and focus on the firm's consumer Internet and enterprise technology work.
Last May, the firm rebranded as Horn: A Digital Communications Group from Horn Group.
