YOKOHAMA, JAPAN: Nissan Motor Company has appointed Simon Sproule, corporate VP of global marketing communications, to the dual role of marketing communications director for the Renault-Nissan Alliance.
Sproule has worked at Nissan for nearly ten years. He first joined the company in 2003 and then spent several months as VP of corporate communications at Microsoft before taking the top communications position at the Renault-Nissan Alliance in 2009.
Sproule has served in his most recent position at Nissan since 2010. He has held various roles throughout the years, including VP of corporate communications for Nissan North America and VP of global communications and investor relations for all of Nissan.
