Educational group appoints Black VP of comms

WASHINGTON: The Association of Private Sector Colleges & Universities has hired Noah Black as VP of communications.

WASHINGTON: The Association of Private Sector Colleges & Universities has hired Noah Black as VP of communications.

Black will work with the APSCU board and leadership to promote higher-education issues and the importance of workforce development. He will report to president and CEO Steve Gunderson.

Black was previously communications counselor and lead digital strategist at boutique PR firm The Harbour Group. While there, he worked on campaigns for educational organizations, start-ups, trade associations, and international governments.
