SINGAPORE: Singapore's Ministry of Social and Family Development has launched a PR pitch to support events and activities for the President's Challenge Social Enterprise Award.
Launched last month, the PCSEA is the only award in the social enterprise sector in the country to recognize outstanding social enterprises for their contributions to the social services sector.
The contract will run from April to the end of this year. The winning firm will promote the awards among social enterprises and create awareness of social enterprises among the public.
The appointed agency will be required to provide media and administrative support for the launch carnival in May, the nomination in May and June, the quarterly president's visit to social enterprises, the award night, and post coverage of the winners.
It will provide event media coverage, including strategic counsel, media relations, media monitoring, and PR deliverables, as well as ongoing media relations and follow-up with social enterprises. It should deliver media coverage worth at least $500,000 Singaporean dollars (about $403,000).
The closing date of the tender is April 8.
