HootSuite adds Chinese, Russian apps to directory

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA: Social media management company HootSuite has introduced Chinese microblogging platform Tencent Weibo and Russian social network VKontakle, commonly known as VK.com, to its app directory.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA: Social media management company HootSuite has introduced Chinese microblogging platform Tencent Weibo and Russian social network VKontakle, commonly known as VK.com, to its app directory. HootSuite has also released a Russian-language version of its dashboard.

With this integration, Tencent Weibo and VK.com users will be able to manage their accounts within the HootSuite dashboard, alongside other social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ Pages, and Foursquare.

PR and marketing professionals, community managers, and content producers can add applications from the app directory to their HootSuite dashboard, allowing them to manage social media accounts through a customized platform.
