The company has named Andrea Greenan VP of communications for its space systems business and Jessica Nielson VP of communications for the information systems and global solutions division.
Reporting to corporate communications VP Jennifer Whitlow, Greenan and Nielsen will oversee strategic communications for their respective business units.
Greenan joined Lockheed Martin last year as corporate engineering and technology communications director. She has also served as VP of enterprise communications and acting VP of media relations and international communications at the company.
She will replace Jan Wrather, who will retire after 35 years at Lockheed Martin, in her new role.
Previously, Nielsen was executive director of global communications and influencer relations for Dell's IT services business, where she oversaw analyst relations, community affairs, media relations, social media, executive communications, and employee engagement. She has also worked at BAE Systems, General Dynamics, Oracle, and Ruder Finn.
