Racepoint, Digital Influence groups merge

BOSTON: W2 Group sister agencies Racepoint Group and Digital Influence Group have merged to form an integrated firm.

BOSTON: W2 Group sister agencies Racepoint Group and Digital Influence Group have merged to form an integrated firm.

The combined agency, which will operate under the Racepoint Group name but retain the Digital Influence Group brand as a subsidiary, will offer capabilities such as analytics, creative services, technology, content creation, and earned and paid influencer engagement.

Through the integration, Digital Influence services will be available in all regions where Racepoint has offices, including the US, Asia, and Europe.

Peter Prodromou, who has worked at Racepoint for 10 years and previously served as chief global accounts officer, was named president of the combined firm. He will report to W2 founder Larry Weber.

Racepoint's senior leadership team also includes MDs Cathy Pittham in Europe, Andrew Laxton in Asia, and Dan Carter in the US. The team also includes Kevin Green, SVP of global digital strategy and marketing, and Brian Babineau, SVP of global digital services in Boston.
