SINGAPORE: The Ministry of Communications and Information has called a PR pitch for the DesignSingapore Council to conceptualize, plan, and implement communications and PR strategies for the council's programs and events.
The 18-month contract will require the chosen agency to generate awareness of the council's programs and events that develop the design industries. It will also encourage the adoption of design by enterprises and drive public interest in the field.
The winning firm will also communicate key messages to its stakeholders and target audiences, including designers, companies, and local and international design associations.
The council is looking at services including strategic PR counseling, as well as media activities and deliverables. The tender must contain communications and PR proposals on the strategy and approach to implementing the objectives, as well as costs, including the monthly retainer fee.
A mandatory briefing will be held this Thursday at the ministry office. The closing date of the tender will be August 19.
