NEW YORK: Hill+Knowlton Strategies has introduced its Flight School crisis-simulation training program in both English and Chinese.
The platform is designed to take the social media landscape into account as it prepares clients for crisis situations. The program has a “dashboard” that shows participants what could happen on various digital channels that are designed to look like real sites.
The platform also includes simulated responses from stakeholders via news articles, phone calls, email, online forums, Facebook, Twitter, or Chinese social network Sina Weibo. Participants can train by issuing a press release, writing a blog post, posting a photo or video, or responding to stakeholders on Sina Weibo, among other options.
