NEW YORK: APCO Worldwide has brought on Linda Du and Jane Zhang as MDs for its Shanghai and Beijing offices, respectively.
Du previously served as GM for financial communications and corporate advisory at MSL China and has also worked as senior manager for international PR at Yahoo. She previously worked at APCO from 1998 to 2002.
Zhang is the former practice leader of government affairs, issues, and crisis for Greater China at Burson-Marsteller. She has also served as a Chinese diplomat, playing an important role in managing the Chinese government's communications for the 1997 transfer of Hong Kong, according to a statement. Zhang has also worked at Pfizer.
