WASHINGTON: The Organization for International Investment has appointed Jonathan Samford as its communications director.
He will lead the group's communications efforts in advocating for global companies that invest in the US, which employ 5.6 million Americans and add $736 billion per year to the US economy, it said in a statement.
Samford joined the organization from his previous role as communications director for the office of US Rep. Tim Griffin (R-AR). Previously, he was deputy press secretary to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY).
