ST. LOUIS: FleishmanHillard has introduced the second class of its Alfred Fleishman Diversity Fellows. The program works to address the need to increase diversity in the industry.
The firm has awarded 19 six- to 12-month paid fellowships to college seniors, recent graduates, and graduate students. Last year, the program, which is part of Fleishman's Diversity Matters initiative, named nine recipients.
Named after agency co-founder Alfred Fleishman, the program helps to prepare students for careers in the communications industry.
