LONDON: EM, the Russia-focused financial PR business spun out of M:Communications, has added to its London and Moscow teams.
Jeroen van de Crommenacker is joining EM's London head office as a senior capital markets adviser. He has more than 10 years' ECM and M&A experience at ING Bank, helping to raise more than $10 billion across more than 100 transactions for landmark issuers out of Russia, CIS, and CEE.
“With his years of capital markets experience advising Russian and CIS companies at the highest level in and after transactions, [van de Crommenacker] adds a new dimension and additional depth to our already market-leading IR advisory team,” said Tom Blackwell, CEO of EM.
In Moscow, EM has hired former journalist Sian Glaessner, who had previously worked as an editor at RIA Novosti in Moscow. Before that, he was a journalist at the BBC in London covering Russia.
