BELTSVILLE, MD: Cloud marketing software provider Vocus has launched an updated version of its Marketing Suite that it claims will streamline and simplify complex multichannel marketing campaign management.
The Winter 2014 version of the Vocus Marketing Suite helps communications and marketing professionals run campaigns across email, social, PR, and search, improve online visibility, find prospects, and measure results.
Its new features include landing pages, campaigns, social CRM, and improved tracking.
One tool allows users to create mobile responsive landing pages, capturing information about customers and prospects that visit their sites on a mobile device.
The campaign tool allows users to combine any mix of activities, such as news releases, emails, landing pages, social media posts, and media pitches, into campaigns to simplify management, tracking, and analytics.
The social CRM capability also allows marketers and PR professionals to track campaign engagement behavior, including social media activity, to help them better segment and target their marketing, according to Vocus.
The new version of Vocus' Marketing Suite, first released in 2011, will send users detailed analytics reports with key performance data that aims to be simple and actionable.
“We see that in the marketplace there are lots of tools that are overly complex, and there is a huge opportunity to make life easier,” said Natalia Dykyj, senior product manager at Vocus.
She added that the tools that can be integrated across teams will help PR and marketing professionals work together to “drive the same types of goals.”
