NEW YORK: Pastry chef and restaurant owner Francois Payard has selected Stuntman as his PR agency partner.
The firm is working on a PR campaign to support the release of Payard's book, Payard Desserts, as well as to promote his New York City FP Patisserie and Francois Payard Bakery locations.
Stuntman will raise awareness of the book and Payard's restaurants in the New York area and in other national markets.
