RALEIGH, NC: FleishmanHillard has promoted several staff members as part of its expansion in North Carolina, including Jeff Weir to SVP and Jayme Owen to VP.
Since joining the firm in 2011, Weir has been responsible for its technology, renewable energy, financial services, and b-to-b accounts.
Owen, who joined Fleishman in 2007, has focused on strategic media relations, digital creative, and strategic applications.
