The sports fashion brand hired boutique agency NKPR after working with them on the Toronto Film Festival's IT Lounge, where celebrities are given free swag from a variety of festival partners.
“After watching the success they brought our brand during the festival, we knew we had to continue the relationship,” said Russ English, president of Fila Canada, in a statement.
NKPR will build brand and product awareness through targeted media tours, strategic event sponsorship, celebrity outreach, and large-scale media relations. R.M.P. Athletic Locker Limited, which distributes Fila in Canada, has also hired NKPR to work on its footwear brand Brooks.
