SAN FRANCISCO: Weber Shandwick has launched the Arrow Measurement Suite, which offers metrics and services for monthly and weekly PR measurement of online and offline campaigns. The Arrow suite includes 150 performance indicators for insight into campaigns, markets, audiences, and competitors. The Arrow model contains five categories: activities, reach, relevance, outcomes, and worth. Research methods include polling, surveys, focus groups, and media content analysis. The Arrow suite also contains customizable dashboards, integration with the WeberWorks client extranet system, and other features.
