Azerbaijan works with The Livingston Group

WASHINGTON: Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs worked with The Livingston Group to provide counsel on US policies and arrange meetings with legislators, according to the US Department of Justice Web site. The contract, which began April 1, 2007, and ended December 31, 2008, also included a provision for a $250,000 subcontract for PR services with Chlopak, Leonard, Schechter, and Associates, a Washington-based firm. The contract with The Livingston Group, also based in Washington, was worth $1.05 million over the 21 months.
