COLUMBUS, OH: Nationwide Insurance hopes to reach its customers on their cell phones with a new iPhone app that is figuring into its recently launched integrated marketing campaign, "I am On Your Side."

COLUMBUS, OH: Nationwide Insurance hopes to reach its customers on their cell phones with a new iPhone app that is figuring into its recently launched integrated marketing campaign, "I am On Your Side." The application will allow users to begin the claims process from the scene of an accident by not only reporting the incident to emergency services, but also collecting vehicle/driver information.

“We want to highlight how Nationwide is on your side in modern ways,” said Sue McManus, associate VP of marketing for Nationwide.
