ST. LOUIS: Paul Johnson, vice chairman of worldwide growth and a consultant with Fleishman-Hillard, has resigned. Bill Anderson, also vice chairman at the firm, confirmed Johnson's departure. Johnson, who had a public affairs focus, had been with the firm for 20 years, serving as a consultant for two months and as vice chairman for nearly three years. Johnson assumed the consultant role in May following the news that he would step down from his position as chairman of VOX Global Mandate; he maintained his vice chairman title. Johnson could not be reached for comment.

According to Anderson, Fleishman is not looking for a new consultant and will move forward with two vice chairmen. Kurt Wehrsten is also vice chairman of operations.
