LOS ANGELES: The Los Angeles County Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure hired JCEC PR to target black and Hispanic communities leading up to the 5K walk/run event on March 14, 2010. The agency, which will work with lead agency Atomic PR, will raise awareness of the event within these specific groups. JCEC plans to launch a media relations and community relations campaign to do so, building media partnerships and inviting key community and celebrity figures to participate.
