BELLEVUE, WA: Visible Technologies has expanded its truCast social media monitoring and measurement solution and has launched, truPulse, an RSS-based monitor of online discussions.
Visible Technologies has extended the truCast name across its platform of products; it used to apply only to its flagship product, which is now called truVoice. TruPulse provides users with the opportunity to listen to online conversations and truVoice provides monitoring as well as sentiment and other analysis. The company was founded in 2003; it has a partnership with WPP since the holding company invested in it in 2006.
The remaining products in the suite are truSearch, truInsight, and truReputation.
The products are meant to allow for “enterprise collaboration,” said Blake Cahill, SVP of sales and marketing for Visible Technologies, providing different levels of monitoring, analysis and research according to the needs of the user.
“There's this blurring between customer service, marketing, and PR around social interactions by consumers,” he said.
Visible Technologies will introduce a new Web site in accordance with the rebranding and begin hosting daily online demonstrations beginning September 9.
