WASHINGTON: The White House said it will nominate Richard Sorian as assistant secretary for public affairs at the Department of Health and Human Services.

WASHINGTON: The White House said it will nominate Richard Sorian as assistant secretary for public affairs at the Department of Health and Human Services. Sorian is the VP for public policy and external relations at the National Committee for Quality Assurance, focusing on media relations, policy, and employer, consumer, and stakeholder relations. He is the former director of public affairs for the Center for Studying Health System Change.
