WASHINGTON: Waggener Edstrom tapped Marshall Phelps, former corporate VP of IP policy and strategy for Microsoft, and Ken Rietz, former worldwide vice chair and COO for Burson-Marsteller, as consultants for the firm's global public affairs advisory council.
Phelps and Rietz replaced Gary Locke, who was appointed US Secretary of Commerce, and Larry Irving, who was named VP of global government affairs for HP.
