NEW YORK: Pfizer named AnnaMaria DeSalva the VP of worldwide communications for research, science, and technology. DeSalva, the worldwide director of healthcare for Hill & Knowlton, will report to Sally Susman, SVP and chief communications officer for the pharmaceutical company, beginning November 30. It is a new position.
Hill & Knowlton is conducting a search for her replacement. It also said that Dolly Judge, former VP of government relations for Pfizer, had been named SVP and director of healthcare policy at the firm, starting in early November. She reports to Michael Kehs, GM of Hill & Knowlton's Washington office and head of the US public affairs practice.
Andrea Rothschild, an SVP in the firm's Santa Monica office, is serving as interim director of US healthcare.
