LANHAM, MD: Forty-two% of PR professionals expect their budgets to remain flat in 2010, according to a Vocus survey. The study revealed one-third predicts budgets to increase, in a poll that took in the opinions of 1,800 U.S.-based PR and marketing professionals. Vocus, a software provider for public relations management, quizzed respondents on their perceptions of PR planning for the coming year.
