SEATTLE: Waggener Edstrom has launched WE Twendz Pro, a paid Twitter analytics service that measures brand impact and audience engagement. The tool builds on Twendz, a free service that WE launched in March.
The professional service gathers tweets, assigns influence ratings, and calculates metrics to show how a brand is being discussed within Twitter conversations. The pro service also provides the details of Twitter conversations over an ongoing period of time and offers the ability to filter tweets by a variety of characteristics.
It will be offered on a subscription basis, ranging from $150 or $350 per month. Last week, Edelman launched Tweetlevel, a free service to measure an individual's relevance on Twitter, that competes directly with several other tools, including Twendz.
