Method, the company that makes environmentally-friendly cleaning products, pulled a video it launched in mid-November because of concerns that the content was sexist, AdAge reports.
The video was part of a public affairs initiative that PRWeek previously reported on. It aimed to generate awareness among consumers about the Household Product Labeling Act, which would require all cleaning product companies to disclose all ingredients found in their products. It is no longer available on peopleagainstdirty.com or on the company's YouTube page.
