WASHINGTON: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is looking for a firm to support a national prevention media initiative, according to a federal filing dated December 10.
Responsibilities will include a paid media campaign, media outreach, and communications aimed at minority populations using the Web and social media. The goal of the overall campaign is to "increase physical activity, improve nutrition, decrease overweight/obesity prevalence, decrease tobacco use, and decrease exposure to secondhand smoke."
