WASHINGTON: Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics named Matt Jacob its director of communications in November. Jacob, who most recently served as an SVP for Wakefield Research, replaces Naomi Seligman. He has also held communications positions for the American Federation of Teachers and People for the American Way.
