Ogilvy Government Relations names Maloney CEO, Taylor president

WASHINGTON: Ogilvy Government Relations named Drew Maloney the CEO and Gordon Taylor the president of the WPP-owned lobbying firm, while Wayne Berman and Moses Mercardo were named co-chairs.

WASHINGTON: Ogilvy Government Relations named Drew Maloney the CEO and Gordon Taylor the president of the WPP-owned lobbying firm, while Wayne Berman and Moses Mercardo were named co-chairs.

The four had been partners at the Federalist Group, which was acquired by Ogilvy PR Worldwide in 2005. It is the last year of the earnout, said Maloney. James Baker and John Green will leave the firm, effective January 1, and C. Stewart Hall will leave in the third quarter of 2009. All seven had been MDs.
