Disney, which is promoting volunteerism for its 2010 marketing campaign, found that 59% of Americans plan to volunteer in the new year. A study, released this week in partnership with the HandsOn Network and Kelton Research, also found that 62% of women plan to volunteer next year, compared to 54% of men. Additionally, 68% of parents plan to volunteer, compared to 55% of single adults. The study gives the Mouse House another chance to talk about volunteerism before its "Give a Day, Get a Disney Day" campaign kicks off January 1.
