WASHINGTON: The Malaysian Palm Oil Council hired Prism Public Affairs to develop a PR program that includes messaging and materials, media relations, ally development, and online monitoring, according to a federal database.

WASHINGTON: The Malaysian Palm Oil Council hired Prism Public Affairs to develop a PR program that includes messaging and materials, media relations, ally development, and online monitoring, according to a federal database. The contract, which began in April 2009 and ends in March 2010, has a recommended monthly budget of $12,500.
