PN hires chief talent officer from Merrill Lynch

NEW YORK: Porter Novelli has hired Scott Grubin as its chief talent officer and partner.

NEW YORK: Porter Novelli has hired Scott Grubin as its chief talent officer and partner. In this role he will be responsible for the global acquisition of talent, and will develop and oversee the agency's programs and policies related to recruitment, retention, professional development, diversity, and benefits. He also will be charged with ensuring all of these efforts are in sync with the agency's growth goals. He reports to PN president Anthony Viceroy. Grubin joins PN from Merrill Lynch, where he held various human resources management roles.
