CHICAGO: Razorfish hired PR veteran Cristina Lawrence as digital word-of-mouth director. Lawrence, who has worked in the digital practices at Edelman and Fleishman-Hillard, will build relationships between clients and online communities, manage clients' social influence marketing programs, research and interact with niche community sites, and build relationships with social media influencers. She left her position as SVP in digital at Fleishman last fall to join Razorfish.
